I am a patient at your store, how do I order my eyeglasses online?
If you have seen us in the last two years, your eyeglass prescription and measurements are already on file. After choosing your frame, simply follow the checkout process and choose RETURNING CUSTOMER. We will handle the rest! Prescription
What do I need to place an order for my prescription eyeglasses?
To order prescription eyeglasses from Todays Eyewear, you will need a valid eyeglasses prescription from your doctor and a valid credit or debit card. You can upload your RX or email us at [email protected] . If you are a customer at our storefront location, simply create an account or login to your account and checkout, we will take care of the rest!
How do I measure my P.D (Pupillary Distance)?
We always recommend getting your pupillary distance measured by your optometrist or a certified/licensed
optician.
However, if you would like to do it yourself, you can follow our “How to Measure P.D.” guide located in
the checkout.
What is the strongest prescription you can fill?
We can fill prescription from -9.00 to +6.00 with a CYL power up to 4.00. If your prescription is
outside of this range,
please contact us so we can assist you further.
Can I use my contact lens prescription?
Unfortunately, your contact lens prescription is not the same as your eyeglasses prescription. So do not
use this
prescription for your eyeglasses as it will be wrong.
What if I entered or uploaded the wrong prescription?
If you find that you have uploaded the incorrect information, please contact as soon as possible.

What is the warranty on the frame?
We offer a 1 year warranty on any defects in craftsmanship. Please contact us at
[email protected] with subject
warranty and we will contact you at our earliest convenience.
Returns / Exchanges / Shipping
What is your RETURN POLICY?
Our Return Policy is as follows: 30 DAY RETURN POLICY. Our support team is also available by phone to answer any questions!. M-F 10AM-6PM EST. ATTENTION: Please double check all information you submit to us including; Prescription, P.D., and frame color and model to avoid errors! (If custom prescription lenses were inserted a fee and or 50% of the lens price may be deducted from the refund)
How long does it take to get to receive my Eyeglasses?
To ensure the best quality, our shipping time is unable to be expedited at this time. Standard frame orders take 4-7 business days. Any custom orders will take 7-10 business days. We promise our products are worth the wait!
My glasses arrived but are damaged or broken during shipment. What should I do?
We are so sorry that your product was damaged! Please give us a call or email and we will assist you further to help you replace your damaged product immediately.
What shipping carrier does Todays Eyewear use?
Todays Eyewear provides UPS/USPS shipping and you can track your order in the My Account page or on a designated UPS/USPS website. Or you could always call to chat with us and find out the status of your order.
Do you offer a Warranty?
We offer a 1 year warranty on any defects in craftsmanship and problems with your ophthalmic lenses such as scratches and chips! Contact our support team at [email protected] and we will get you started on your return.

Are my payments and cards secure?
Yes it's secured!
Do you accept Vision Insurance?
We do accept vision insurance in our storefront location in Northeast Philadelphia. We are unable to accept vision insurance online at this time. An out of network reimbursement is possible when purchasing any pair of prescription eyewear. Please contact us at [email protected] for more information.
Will you offer Vision Insurance in the future?

Do you accept FSA/HSA cards for payment?
Yes we do! And if the receipt your receive to send in is not sufficient contact us for an itemized receipt to send into your FSA/HSA card.
